产品概述

Iron core: It is made of high-quality grain-oriented silicon steel sheet elements wound by seams, and is annealed to eliminate quality fluctuations caused by manual lamination and disassembly of the laminated iron core. Iron core structure, low no-load loss and low noise.
Coil: It is made of high-quality acetal enameled round wire and flat copper wire. The round structure coil has higher strength.
Fuel tank: It is welded with high-quality seamless steel plate, and the heat dissipation element is a corrugated fuel tank. The overall surface is sprayed after anti-rust treatment, which has strong corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance.
Features
Magnetic circuit balance
The three-phase magnetic circuit length of the three-dimensional wound core is the same and the shortest, so the magnetic circuit is balanced.
Lower loss
The seams of the three-dimensional wound core elements do not have high energy consumption areas, and the magnetic flux direction is consistent with the direction of the grain orientation of the core material, giving full play to its high magnetic permeability characteristics, and greatly reducing no-load loss and no-load current.
Lower noise
The silicon steel strips of the single frame are tightly connected, and the three single frames are combined and solidified into a whole structure, and the iron core is a closed structure, and the magnetic circuit is continuous and has no air gap, which reduces the noise.
Strong short circuit resistance
The winding cross-section is round, the force is consistent, and the compression resistance is strong when short-circuit electric power is applied. The clamp is a welded triangular integral structure with high stability and high overall strength.
